  • Orders placed on weekends or U.S. holidays will be processed on the next business day.

2. Shipping Method

We currently offer one shipping option for all U.S. orders:

Standard Shipping (5–8 Business Days)

  • Delivery time begins once your order has been shipped, not when the order is placed.

  • Shipping cost is calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • Free shipping may be available during special promotions.

3. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, a confirmation email with your tracking number will be sent.

  • Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear on the carrier’s system.

4. Incorrect Address Policy

  • Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping details.

  • If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, a reshipping fee may apply.

5. Lost or Damaged Packages

  • Jewels Drip is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier.

  • If your package is lost, missing, or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at jewelsdripstore@gmail.com with:

    • Your order number

    • Tracking number

    • Photos (if damaged)

We will assist you with a replacement or solution depending on the situation.

6. International Shipping

  • At this time, we do not offer international shipping.
